Hey there, thank you for stopping by! I am Angee and I was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. Here are the important things about me: I am a Christian, a wife of 34 years, a mother to two young men, a 2x breast cancer survivor, and a 500-hour Yoga instructor. I am passionate about living a life that honors God and about living a healthy, active, and fit life. I want to help other people do the same.
I found cancer in 2009 and again in 2011. Cancer forced me to learn how to make my body healthier. I chose to deal with breast cancer alternatively. I refused chemo, tamoxifen, and radiation. I have a deep desire to help other people live healthier lives as well. That is why I started teaching fitness and why I created this website.
My knowledge of and expertise in all things health and fitness is evidenced by my extensive training. I have completed multiple teacher trainings, including a 200-hour teacher training, a 500-hour teacher training, Aerial yoga teacher training, Yoga Sculpt teacher training, and more.
I have been a group exercise instructor since 2012. I am a 500 hour registered Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance and I have taught over 3,500 yoga classes.

I love living a healthy life and all things fitness, but my favorite is Yoga. Yoga has built strength and created flexibility in my body and it has also challenged me and taught me to play, relax, live mindfully, and be patient with myself. The benefits of a regular yoga practice involve every aspect of life as it spills off of the yoga mat, into your everyday life, bringing a more balanced and calm mind as well as a stronger, healthier body.
I teach Yoga, Christ-Centered Yoga, Sculpt Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. Yoga styles I teach are Beginner, Restorative, Gentle, Intermediate, Slow, Power Yin, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga. I teach private sessions and also group classes in my home or your home, office, church, or school.
In my classes, I combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and an inspiration to connect with God. I love to help people create strength as well as flexibility. I want to help you find your strongest body and the time to get FIT is now!
